Spearhead Recruiting Inc. was founded in 1998 to provide sales recruitment support to district sales managers for a business service outsource provider.  In 2003 Spearhead Recruiting Inc. expanded its service offering to other companies within the Fortune 1000; evolving into a proven leader of sales recruitment solutions to the Fortune 1000.
